This is the last eBA Basketball Statistics Analysis Open Course till the 2011 Academic Year.

During the current year 2010, begining on Monday 1st. of March,in a collaborative project between the eBA Stats Team and the last four Academic Years graduates, a whole year Basketball Statistics Clinic ONLINE will take place.
The eBA Stats Team and the Courses Graduates will work in groups under the supervision of the Prof. Roberto Azar, in order to elaborate a new and final edition of the eBA System - The Basketball Statistics Creative Analysis.

The work will be developed throughout a Weekly Interactive Chat Clinic for each group, just as the Chat Clinic which takes place after each eBA Basketball Statistics Analysis Course.
We sincerely hope to succeed at this given goal and to present on December 28, 2010 ( our 12th. Anniversary on the Web ! )the new edition of the eBA Basketball Statistics Analysis System eBook.

Este es el último Curso Abierto de Registro de las Estadísticas del Baloncesto eBA hasta el año lectivo 2011.

Durante el presente año 2010, comenzado el 1ro. de Marzo, en un proyecto colaborativo entre el Equipo eBA Stats y los graduados de los Cursos de los últimos cuatro Años Académicos, se llevara a cabo una Clínica EN-LINEA de Estadísticas del Baloncesto de un año de duración.
El Equipo eBA Stats y los Graduados de los Cursos trabajarán en grupos bajo la supervisión del Prof. Roberto Azar, con el objetivo de elaborar la edición de una nueva versión del Sistema eBA de Análisis Creativo de las Estadísticas del Baloncesto.

El trabajo será desarrollado a través de Clínicas en Salas de Chat interactivas para cada uno de los grupos, exactamente de la misma manera en que se realizan las Clínicas en Salas de Chat luego de cada Curso de Registro de las Estadísticas del Baloncesto.
Nosotros sinceramente esperamos tener éxito en este objetivo y presentar el 28 de Diciembre del año 2010 ( nuestro 12mo. Aniversario en la Red ! ) la nueva edición del Sistema eBA de Análisis de las Estadísticas del Baloncesto en el formato de eBook.

( para traducción al español= ver a continuación ) Nothing new is happening in the eBA Annual Clinic... half of the participants are on July/August vacations ! and the other half is reviewing the work done ! Selected from the discussions during the 23 & 24th work-days (Saturday 31th July and 7th August 2010) at the 'eBA Annual Basketball Statistics Clinic' about the "eBA Basketball Statistics Creative Analysis System": "... 'That "not specified percentage": Assists Based on the Lengths of the Shot' A resumed thought with reference to that "not specified percentage" in each field about which we are speaking: referred to assists I understand they must be counted and credited based on the length of the shots, as done at the eBA Basketball Statistics Analysis System. Long shots must be credited with a 25% to the player serving the assist, meanwhile short shots, layups or shots within two meters +/- of the basket, in a relative manner easy shots, must be credited with a 50%. Finally medium range shots would have the credit of a 63% for the shooter and only the 37% for the player serving the assist, quantification which may be a proper average for assist in general. ..." Seleccionado de la discusiones durante los 23ro. & 24to. días de trabajo (Sábados 31, Julio & 7, Agosto 2010) de la 'Clínica eBA Anual de las Estadísticas del Baloncesto' sobre el "Sistema eBA de Análisis Creativo de las Estadísticas del Baloncesto": "... 'Ese "cierto porcentaje": Asistencias según Distancia de Tiro'. Un pensamiento resumido con respecto a ese "cierto porcentaje" en cada campo del cual estamos hablando: con referencia a las asistencias entiendo que deben ser contados y acreditados en base a la distancia de los lanzamientos, tal como es aplicado en el Sistema eBA de Análisis de las Estadísticas del Baloncesto. Lanzamientos largos deben ser acreditados en un 25% al "asistente", mientras que lanzamientos de corta distancia, bandejas o tiros a 2 metros +/- del aro, relativamente lanzamientos fáciles, deben ser acreditados en un 50%. Finalmente lanzamientos de media distancia deberían ser distribuidos en un 63% para el lanzador y solo el 37% para el "asistente", medida que también podría ser utilizada como promedio apropiado para asistencias en general. ..."
