When we refer to a "top-heavy" or "top-to-bottom" league or conference, what that's means....? (the answer in Spanish please....)

We evaluate the toughness of a League in two concepts:
"Top-Heavy" and "Top-to-bottom".

A "top-Heavy" League have 4 or 5 regular teams on the schedule. Plat each of them twice a year, so you can catch a breather during 8 or 10 games.

No coach can have his team at top intensity each game. At a "top-heavy" conference, the emotional strain is harder on the players than the physical one.
On the contrary, in a conference that's considered "top to bottom", teams often get burned out.
