Moving Pick.
An offensive foul which occurs when the player
setting a pick for his teammate moves
to blocks the path of the defender. For a screen to be legal, the screener
must remain stationary for at least a full second and must have her arms in toward his
torso. Otherwise, the screener is charged with an illegal screen
foul.

The situation in which a player is fouled
by two opponents at approximately the same time, with the second foul
coming before the whistle has blown because of the first foul.
Each foul carries a separate penalty.
